Ground Guard PLUS boards are designed to butt together securely. For larger areas or added stability, sheets can be taped at the joins using our heavy duty connective tape, or fixed in place depending on site requirements and surface type.

Ground Guard PLUS is suitable for a wide range of internal and external surfaces, including finished floors, roofing, cladding, and other completed or sensitive areas requiring protection during construction. The felt backing prevents scratching on all surfaces. When not taped, the boards allow breathability, and their strong composition allows reuse across projects. Most of our clients get 2-3 uses out of each board.

Ground Guard PLUS has a P4 slip-resistant rating, making it suitable for high foot traffic and active construction environments. The 5mm reinforced honeycomb structure provides strong load distribution, allowing it to be used under foot traffic, trolleys, pallet jacks, and light site equipment when loads are evenly distributed.

Ground Guard PLUS is designed to protect finished surfaces from impact, abrasion, and general site traffic. Suitability for machinery will depend on weight, tyre type, and surface conditions, and heavy or point-loaded machinery should be assessed prior to use. The boards can take a heavy load.
